Another security indicator is to look for a closed padlock icon on your
browser page. This is usually on the lower right of your browser window.

Many of our customers have notified us that when they placed an order via our online shopping cart, they got an error message. 99% of the time this occurs has been when PayPal was the method of payment.
Apparently, everything is hunky-dorey until the order is submitted, then an error page comes up and says something dramatic, which leaves the user with the impression that the order did not go through.
However, there is only one known instance of the order actually failing. In other words, if you get an error after submitting your order, do not resubmit your order!
If PayPal returns an error message, here's what to do:
1. Do not resubmit your order or payment! Resubmitting it may double the order, and/or cause a double payment.
2. Email me with any pertinent order info and tell me about the problem. That way I can personally check to see if your order and payment went through correctly. My email address is tom (at) inirgee.com
